Window and door manufacturers face mounting pressure to achieve ENERGY STAR® V7 compliance without compromising on aesthetics, increasing production complexity, or disrupting established supply chains. Optimize IGU performance with NxLite’s innovative low-E coating technology and specialty glazing materials without added weight or thickness.

Meet Efficiency Standards
New Substrates for New Possibilities
Thinner Profiles for Streamlined Manufacturing
Maintain Optical Clarity

NxLite proprietary coatings permanently fuse to any flat substrate, creating high-performance solutions that meet or outperform traditional Low-E coatings. Our coatings can help you achieve the ENERGY STAR® V7 benchmarks through their insulation and solar control properties.
NxLite coatings are open-air stable, meaning they degrade much slower than traditional low-e coatings after seal failure, humidity, or air exposure. This corrosion resistance makes them perfect for storm glazing or inserts. Our technology can be applied to glass, ultra-thin glass, polycarbonate, or PMMA substrates and combined into innovative insulating units that maximize performance for any application.
Enhance the elegant aesthetics and durability of glass as thin as 1mm and polycarbonate as thin as 1.5mm. When used as a middle lite in triple pane IGUs, these materials save weight and space, enabling triple pane designs to fit in double pane sized frames.
Reduce weight by up to 50% compared to similar glass configurations with our polycarbonate and PMMA substrate options.

NxLite's process is specially designed to coat both ultra-thin glass and polymeric substrates. This breakthrough allows us to engineer Thin Triple solutions that deliver superior thermal performance while fitting perfectly within standard double-pane frames (0.85–1.25" profile).
The result: high-efficiency windows that weigh less than conventional triple-pane units and integrate seamlessly into your existing manufacturing processes—letting you launch higher-performance products without production disruption.

NxLite coatings balance exceptional optical quality with advanced thermal performance, helping you deliver windows that create beautiful, comfortable spaces for your customers.
