NxLite coatings are open-air stable, meaning they degrade much slower than traditional low-e coatings after seal failure, humidity, or air exposure. This corrosion resistance makes them perfect for storm glazing or inserts. Our technology can be applied to glass, ultra-thin glass, polycarbonate, or PMMA substrates and combined into innovative insulating units that maximize performance for any application.

Glass and Thin-Glass Substrates

Enhance the elegant aesthetics and durability of glass as thin as 1mm and polycarbonate as thin as 1.5mm. When used as a middle lite in triple pane IGUs, these materials save weight and space, enabling triple pane designs to fit in double pane sized frames.
