Altamir Pereira serves as Vice President & Head of Finance at NxLite, where he leads the company's finance organization and partners with the executive team on growth, operational performance, capital planning, and financial strategy.

Altamir brings more than 20 years of global finance and business leadership experience across industrial and manufacturing organizations. His background spans controllership, financial planning and analysis, treasury and cash management, operational finance, governance, and finance transformation. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with executive, commercial, and operations teams to improve business performance, build scalable processes, and translate operational drivers into informed business decisions.

Prior to joining NxLite, Altamir held senior finance leadership roles with Tecumseh Products Company, a global refrigeration company; Carmeuse Americas, a lime and limestone producer; and Gerdau Group, a global steel company.

Altamir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), both in Brazil.
