NxLite™ today announced that David Mather has been named Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mather, a tenured tech executive and growth-expert CEO, will lead the company’s efforts to accelerate commercialization and market adoption of its highly efficient window products and coating technologies.
Mather has held CEO and senior executive positions in several technology companies, including clean-tech company MTPV Power Corporation, Hoovers Inc., Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Unisys. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Alegion, an AI and machine learning company providing advanced annotation offerings to enterprise customers.

In addition to his role at NxLite, Mather is the Managing Director of Ensys Capital, LLC, a boutique investment firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and has invested, founded, and participated in several startup companies in addition to his significant corporate experience.
Mather’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for NxLite as the company prepares to scale its manufacturing operations and expand its commercial footprint across multiple industries, including residential and commercial windows, refrigeration, transportation, and architectural retrofit applications.
