Andy serves as Vice President of Business Development for NxLite, with focus on the architectural façade and residential window markets in particular. For the past 20 years, Andy has been in Executive Leadership and Business Development roles in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector. He has successfully developed and deployed targeted sales strategies for new technologies and unique value-add approaches. His efforts have resulted in lasting partnerships, significant sales growth and margin improvement that transcends relationships.

Prior to NxLite, Andy was Vice President, sat on the executive board and oversaw the business development, sales and marketing activities for Glass and Metal Craft – one of the largest glass fabricators in North America. Through strategy and team development and channel relationship building, Andy guided the organization’s successful transition from commodity products producer to supplier of integrated, high-margin insulated and engineered glass and heavy metal systems for the commercial building market. Collaborating with architects, building owners, glaziers, and developers, dozens of stunning projects where successfully secured, developed and installed from New York City to Honolulu.

Prior to Glass and Metal Craft, Andy served as Director of Marketing and Sales for Guardian Glass – the largest float glass producer in North America and a division of Koch Industries, Inc. During his tenure at Guardian, Andy developed strategic direction and led the company’s sales team and sales margin growth efforts in North America. He and his team expanded Guardian’s position at Architects and Glazing Contractors, Residential Window OEMs, and Transportation Glass OEMs by building trust and focusing on value added solutions such as high-performance Low-E glass and innovative technologies including Vacuum Insulated Glass.

Andy has a Bachelor’s in Business from Eastern Michigan University and lives in Milford, Michigan. He has stakes in several small businesses and enjoys mentoring and providing strategic guidance to young entrepreneurs.
